At www.vshopix.shop, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your manual car sunshade purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can return or exchange it according to the following terms.

1. Return Policy
   ●Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to make a return request. Return requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
   ●Return Conditions: The product must be unused and keep the original packaging and labels. If the product has obvious signs of use or damage, we have the right to refuse the return.
   ●Return Process:
   ○ Please contact us by email at [email protected] to inform us of your return intention and order number.
   ○ We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
   ○ Please return the product to us with the RMA number and make sure to choose a trackable shipping method.
2. Exchange Policy
   ●Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to make an exchange request.
   ●Exchange conditions: The exchanged item must be unused and in its original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows obvious signs of use or is damaged.
   ●Exchange process:
   ○ Contact us via email at [email protected] to state your exchange request and original order number.
   ○ We will provide you with a Replacement Material Authorization (RMA) number and specific exchange instructions.
   ○ Please return the item to be exchanged with the RMA number.
3. Refunds
   ● All eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
   ● Refunds do not include the initial shipping cost, unless the refund is due to the wrong item or the item is damaged.
4. Shipping costs
   ● Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer unless we have made an error or the item is defective.
5. Damaged or defective items
   ● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and instructions so that we can handle your issue. For damaged or defective goods, we will bear the shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or refund.
